Each year brings new challenges, minor and major changes, and new best practices emerge. This year, I am BEYOND excited for the change I get to see happen!!! I am moving into a 1:1 technology classroom where we’ll be using Google Classroom and G Suite. This means that I will be able to have every student in my class on technology at the same time! I can use digital products from TpT in Google Classroom with ease! While this can be a little daunting, it gives me the opportunity to do many new and innovative things with my students.
What are two of the biggest reasons for using digital TPT products in Google Classroom?
- It cuts down on my school’s paper consumption. Recycling = happier earth = happier Mikey D.
- The innovation that my students can access – from interactive lessons to technology and typing practice, to coding, to digital citizenship – will be enormous.
My school is using digital TpT products in Google Classroom, and it is a LIFESAVER in terms of keeping everything your students do contained in one space. Think of Classroom as a “virtual, digital binder” if you will. I won’t lie to you, though, there can be a slight learning curve with this software. When I began using Google Classroom, there were a handful of things that I WISH I knew.
Well, now I know those things, and I want to save your sanity.
Many teachers are starting to use digital products from TpT in Google Classroom. They are changing the game of education. Perhaps you even have one of my TpT products at your disposal.
